The Model “TSA-1000” is the new vertical blowing/vacuum system proposed by CAM, equipped with 16 blowing/vacuum units for an output of 7,200 bottles per hour.  The bottles are stopped on the vertical star-wheel by the mechanical motion of every single blowing/vacuum unit.  The blowing/vacuum phase is activated for over 200  of the rotation cycle of the vertical star-wheel, thus ensuring full cleaning of the bottles.  

The centering on the bottle neck obtained by mechanical motion and the combination of the blowing and aspiration motions guarantee the perfect cleaning of the bottles. 

The format change-over needs few and simple operations.  All adjustment operations may be carried out without tools. 

During the blowing and aspiration phase, the bottle is perfectly integral to the rotation plate and this prevents any sliding causing electrostatic charges to bottles in plastic material. 

The frame of the TSA-1000 has been optimized in order to make all cleaning easier.
