SM80 high speed case packer

The modular case packer SM80 consists of three separated modules: product feeding and collation, carton erection and carton closure, this machine guarantees a total control and easy cleaning. The products are accumulated, put in layers and inserted into the erected carton.
The system of carton erection and product introduction into the carton allows for higher speed of packaging and guarantees higher stability of the products. The closing of the cartons can be done by glue tape , damp kraft paper or by the application of hot melt or cold glue. The “SM80” case packer can be equipped with additional equipment and options such as magazine for longer cartons, automatic carton loader, device to label with overlapping tape on the whole surface, marking of cartons, label applicator, printing of labels, etc.
