ATOLLO R24 TV8 – Continuous motion dosing/capping monobloc, capable to handle powder and granulated products, equipped with rotary dosing system

The machine is dedicated to the dosing of powder products, granulated products and products cut to pieces inside the containers.
It is complete with a capping system for screw-up caps. The machine is extremely versatile, it is able to dose any type of spice and also to perform pressure cap and PFP closure styles. Subject to the characteristics of the product, the output ranges from a minimum of 7200 up to a maximum of 30000 bottles/hour.
The dosing system is provided with a 50l loading hopper and with a product transfer system to the cups carrier. The R24 version is provided with 24 dosing cups. Each cup is provided with a product release valve (the funnels for product transfer to the containers are equipped with mechanically driven rotary propellers, in order to help the release of hard flowing products).
The dosings achievable vary from 10ml minimum to 1200ml maximum.
