CAM automatic overwrapper "RV" has been designed to meet the high speed packaging requirements of cosmetic, food and confectionery industry. The RV offers high efficiency and is extremely simple for size change-over.
The patented CAM film feed system together with the counter elevator during the product elevating phase and raked film cutting knife, ensure consistent quality tight wraps. The wrapped packs are then transferred by means of coated belts to the heat sealing station in order to carry out film side folding. These belts take care also of the product outfeed on guides.
The "RV" is equipped with digital adjustment of the film cut off length and print registration of the wrapping material (option). Simple lightweight change parts mean that size change-over can be made by operators in a matter of minutes.
