The HV cartoner, in special execution for cosmetic presentations, is equipped with a special version carton conveying system and with motorised upper contrast belts to avoid scratching or marking of carton lower panel.
All parts of the machine have undergone polishing treatment to preserve the aesthetic quality of the cartons.
The opening system is in special execution, designed for cartons with an internal diagonal separation.
The products are fed with a continuous type pick-andplace system.
The machine is designed for quick size change-over with centralised adjustment of the buckets.
Products are bundled and wrapped by the G35 and casepacked by the SMP.
Amongst particularities of the SMP one worthy of notice is the case magazine of easy accessibility, granting
facilitated loading for the operator.
Also the bundles collating area has an high accessibility.
